Dog Walking

Dog walking is a crucial service that caters to the physical and mental well-being of our canine companions. It offers dogs the opportunity to stretch their legs, breathe in the fresh air, and explore their surroundings, all while under the supervision of a caregiver. Whether it's a daily routine for exercise or a sporadic outing, dog walking ensures that our furry friends stay active, happy, and stimulated. It's not only a great way to maintain a dog's health but it also provides a valuable break from their daily routine.

Dog walks take place in your neighborhood. If you live next to open areas or trails we will use those to our benefit. Nine Mile Falls is full of wonderful trails and places for dogs to drop their snoot! 

 

I generally prefer to use the equipment the dog is most comfortable with but I do carry extra leashes and I'm happy to use them. For dogs that are a little naughty on the leash I like to work with them on their behavior. This helps me for future walks and you when you walk with your beloved pet. If your dog has any allergies to food or treat ingredients please list those when booking your walk. I use low-calorie treats when walking to encourage good behavior.

Where we live in Nine Mile Falls, we get the occasional snow or rain storm that makes walking miserable for both humans and dogs. If this happens I will contact you and make arrangements to either make sure your four-legged bestie gets either a 30-min drop-in at the same rate or to cancel depending on your wishes.
